Sam’s Caribbean Coconut Rum Cake

This cake is pure island indulgence—rich, buttery, and incredibly moist, with a dense crumb that carries bold tropical flavor in every bite. I load it with shredded coconut and a generous splash of coconut rum, then finish it with a decadent glaze of rum, butter, and sugar that soaks right into the cake.
